Hi

I topped up last week in the O2 shop.

I'm on a £15 PAYG big bundle where I get 200 min. 1GB data and 2000 texts.

Know I see that £15 big bundle offers you 750 min, how come I never got this amount?

I have no idea why you are only getting that amount....if you are on the £15 tariff you should be getting this. Look at the link

Hi @Anonymous

You are more than likely on the older version of the  £15 bigbundle so the tariff needs to be changed.

You should be able to do it on my O2, 2425 or 4445 (customer services). Hope this helps

You need to change the tariff, easy enough to do as advised and you can change every 30 days.
