Why is it I can get a better deal through Uswitch with o2 as a new customer ?

This happens often @As38.

It's something O2 are happy with as a business model. As long as people are staying with O2, they are still getting the custom.

It is down to commission and o2 doing special deals with USwitch who by the way are not as independent as they seem....
