As a long serving customer to O2 with 5 numbers on my account, could you please tell me why I have 3 I-phones on 3 year contracts when a brand new i-phone 13 with O2 is only over 2 years? On average I am paying £800 more for the third year per phone? Regards Tracy Nagle

@Trasal12 This is not O2. This is a customer community. We have no access to anyone's account. You are the only one who would know what you agreed to. You would need to speak to customer service to discuss it.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

@Trasal12

You select the deal you want, if you choose the default the shop presents you with is 36months, however if you selected Customise Plan, you can choose anything from 3 to 36 months...

All the 36month plan applies to if signed up for after a certain date is the device plan, and you can change the airtime anytime you want.

Nothing can be done about the Device Plan as it is a Consumer Credit Agreement, and the only way out of it early like all loans is to pay off the balance as there is no interest you dont get any discounts for early settlement
