Hey guys, I'm currently on an old (Feb 2010) tariff - originaly a 12 month one and now just being billed monthly. I'm wanting to move network but just wondering when the best time to do this is.
My current bill is for 27 Mar 14 - 26 Apr 14, next bill date being 27th April 2014. So should I just request a PAC and use it around 22nd April ish, which should then complete and auto-cancel any future bills before 27th?

When you rang o2 for the pac did you say you wanted to leave?

you have to give 30 days notice but using the pac will close the account

how does that work with future bills then?
Eg if I have to give 30 days notice, the earliest they'll stop billing is 2nd May, after I've been billed for most of May. So better to request it be cancelled from ~26th May? In which case a PAC issued now would have expired by then, so would they just issue one closer to the date it's closed?
But if the PAC closes the account, would that not stop the billing anyway?
