I have an o2 account, with a Nokia BL-5CB...and guess how much i'm paying...? £27!!!!!!!!! thats for a phone with no interent, no camera etc etc! it's barely colour!! this is all because my old o2 phone broke, o2 wanted £180 to fix it, the phone wasn't even worth that much so no i wasn't willing to pay that! had to buy a £20 phone and now am stuck paying OVER what my sister (who is also on o2) pays on her iphone 4!!!!!!!! STUPID!!!!  o2 you need to work out what your priorites are, you should be focussed on the customer and not on making money. if i'm honest i can't wait to move to vodafone!! bring on next year when contract on this crappy very very expensive phone runs out!

Love from an unhappy customerSmiley Indifferent

You might want to consider Tesco mobile.  They'll give you clubcard points, your own personal parking space, a plaque on your very own trolley and a back rub during your shopping experience!

You are paying for calls, texts and data. The phone is not part of the contract and would have been subsidised by O2 when you got it anyway..... You may be able to downgrade your tariff if you give CS a call on 202.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

To be fair you didn't have to buy a £20 phone unless financial circumstances dictated your choice. Your tariff must have been agreeable to you for your previous phone but as MI5 says, it may be worh seeing if you can downgrade your tariff.

I think you would have had exactly the same experience with any network with which you have agreed a minimum term contract.

And 3 will wash your windows, brush your teeth and take you out to dinner on your billing anniversary.
