Hi I just phoned o2 because they disconnected me completely came to an arrangement with them to pay not this Monday but Monday after and they said they’d reconnected me it’s been like 30 mins and I’m still not reconnected anyone know what I can do via customer service is now closed

It's 24 to 48 hours before you'll be reconnected but keep rebooting your phone in the meantime.

It will be 24-48 hrs before you get reconnected. Keep rebooting your phone. If still not on by Monday, borrow a phone or use Skype to contact O2. All numbers in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
