Hi there, so having looked at my Device plan it said I’m now paying £30.65 when originally I agreed to and have usually been paying only £28.75? Why is this?
Look forward to hearing from you
Thanks
Georgia

Hi @GeorgiaBrebner

That will be due to the annual RPI

It happens to every company in April. Not just O2.

Hope that helps

@GeorgiaBrebner

Are you sure it's an increase in device plan as that is fixed for the duration of your contract?

Your airtime is increased each year as mentioned but it's only 2.7% so that should have only gone up to £29.52.

Have you checked your MyO2 for any additional charges?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
