Being charged for premium newsfeeds

[Overcharging]

For the past two months I have been charged for Premium and information services - 666000 which is MX Newsfeed. I have not accessed any of these sites so have been overcharged to date by £50. What should I do? I am unable to get any answer from the 'chats' so I would like to complain.

You also need to contact O2 and ask them to place the following bars on your account:
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
You should also ask for a "charge to mobile" bar
