I always have wifi calling enabled, O2 are billing me for international calls - WHY?

WiFi calls are billed the same as network calls and are charges at the same rates. 

WiFi calling isn't free unless you use apps such as facetime and WhatsApp etc.

Ps, plenty data available, and all wifi/4G connections are good both now and during the calls
