I paid them by card payments that’s the thing because o2 had trouble setting my direct debit up . But always on time

@Blockhead81  Once you do upgrade you should still try to set up a Direct Debit rather than having to remember to pay every month. It just makes life that little bit less complicated.:smileywink:

Definitely will do . They just took a card option off me and did it that way after complications with my direct debit . But all bills are fine coming out so sure this will be ok if set it back up
