Been charged for 02 travel but I have it in my contract

Hi 

 

I set up an upgraded contract last week and as part of the new deal I have 25GB of data to use abroad including Turkey (please listen to your recorded calls if required to clirify our agreement for this with your team) however have since got pending charges of £5 a day which obviously I won’t be paying and do not authorise you to attempt payment for (failure to adhere to this will result in breach of contractual agreement) 

please confirm that you have checked my new agreement and cancelled charges. Alternatively please contact me on xxxxxxxxxxxx to discuss (currently in Turkey so please make sure this is a call that holds no charges for me)

You have been told wrong. Turkey is not and has never been included in EU travel.
