Need to replace this phone as the battery keeps getting hot and going flat very quickly

This is  not customer services but a customer to customer forum, and as such its not live chat or anything of the sort..  and community members can choose who they help...

You need to contact your phone manufacturer if your phone needs a new battery / has a battery fault, as it may be covered by the warranty.
