Battery draining too quick

I recently had an A20e and ever since the 1st day of having it the battery hasn't lasted all day/eve - I have literally had to charge it early evening! I have been into my apps and uninstalled or force stopped any i dont use but the problem is the same - any ideas as this is so frustrating! I use phone for social media and emails and texts

Facebook sucks the life out of phone batteries.

You'd be better off using the light version.

Have you change the battery settings to saver mode

It sounds like you have a rogue app draining the battery

Check which apps in the battery settings.

Other than that, back the phone up and factory reset.

The app draining loads of battery is called "One UI home" which I havent got a clue what it is and it wont let me uninstall?

It's your home screen and app screen. You can download a different launcher off Google play then disable one UI.
