Hi sorry for the inconvenience you're having. But I believe that it will take time before the system fully finish the process. Also I will recommend you switch your phone on and off for some time.
Have you tried putting the sim in order phone or a different sim in the phone?.
Will recommend you try calling O2 from a different number, the best time to call is 8am
I'm sure they will help
