Hello o paid my phone bill on the app 3 days ago and my phone is still barred ! I can’t ring o2 on it as it’s saying can’t make calls from this phone . Everything’s showing paid online so why is it raking so long to put my phone back on I really need it to keep in touch with my family . Thanks everyone

Hi sorry for the inconvenience you're having. But I believe that it will take time before the system fully finish the process. Also I will recommend you switch your phone on and off for some time.
Have you tried putting the sim in order phone or a different sim in the phone?.
Will recommend you try calling O2 from a different number, the best time to call is 8am
I'm sure they will help

Hi I’ll try taking sim out , I did have a spare phone and that’s knackered now lol. If I can’t get it on I’ll ring of my next door phone thank you
