Bank details

I need to change my bank details for the direct debit to be taken of. I need to change the name of the bank account which says I need to contact o2 but I’ve tried ringing and I cannot get through? Can anyone help please.

You can change the bank details via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 

Find the section Manage My Details and do it there

I keep getting a message saying I need to change my details.  I got through to O@ recently who said it was a scam and I needed to contact my bank.  They cancelled my card and issued a new one.

I sthis message ok?

How can i change details securely?

@Cleoriff .... yes I found that but I won’t let me change the name on the bank account and says to change the name on account to contact o2

@Holm  No you can't change the name, only the bank. Anything else has to go through customer services

Do you know how I can get through to customer service. They keep saying they cannot answer my calls and just end the call! I’m getting concerned now as I need to change the details in order to pay the bill
