Balance of money on pay and go after entering into a sim only deal

Yesterday I entered into a sim only deal with O2 and so far no problems. I forgot to ask if the balance on my pay and go phone can be refunded in some way

As long as you took your number with you you can get upto £350 credit transferred to your new contract.
Call customer service to arrange on 202.
