I recently moved my PAYG across to pay monthly. Does anyone know if I will get my balance I had on my PAYG account transferred over automatically or do I need to ask for it. I had an airtime credit and a saved balance from all my top ups.

It should be automatically added as credit on your account but if you haven't got it you'll need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
