On Friday 13/9 I went to Slovenia and had a balance of ~£35 on my pay & go telephone.
I know I have the travel bolton available as I have traveled before.
As soon as I turned data roaming all my balance disappeared in one go!
I checked texting the service that my travel bolt on was active, got the response it was already active and was just £1.99 for each day in Europe.
Switched data roaming off, I added £25 to my account using the 4444, everything was fine.
Turned roaming on, again the £25 gone in an instant! Went straight to zero my balance!
Can you please look into this as £60 is a lot of money to just vanish in thin air and as you can understand I'm very annoyed!

Hi Kosta,
This is mainly a customer-based forum, so we can't really look into customers' accounts and such. You need to contact O2 on 202 from your mobile or online chat so they can tell you what is responsible for draining your balance.

There was an issue from a previous thread where the phone was latching onto the the Bosnian networks near the border. You need to ensure network selection is set to manual rather than auto. The previous OP with the problem was successful in obtaining a refund.
