Hi @shelby57 Sorry but O2 don't give timescales for mast repairs.
If you are without service for any length of time you could make a complaint here

Thank you, i will try that, never known it as bad as this. Mast problems usually sorted in a week.

They can vary @shelby57 as it depends on many factors. Access to land, waiting for parts etc etc etc..
If you download the app you can report it through that and also making a complaint 'may' get you a goodwill payment if it goes on for a long time. (though there is no guarantee of that)
