Bad signal due to mast not working

The last 3 weeks a mast is not working correctly causing me problems am I entitled to a lower bill till this is fixed as calls ,text and Internet keep dropping out

It's best to call customer service once it's fixed so they know how much of a goodwill gesture to give you. 

Compensation is not compulsory though as faults are covered in the T&C's.

Thanks will do that when the mast is fixed, its just really annoying spending money on things that don't work correctly.

Understand, but stuff breaks and O2 will want to fix it asap.

Sometimes access to a site can be difficult though esp with Covid adding to the complications.
