Bad network in my area

Hi All

I've never really had an issue with using 3G but in the last 7 days, it is terrible.  Not been able to use my mobile net, only text and calling.

I am in the RG5 area of reading.  It seems to be an issue down my road and a couple of roads over and then it is fine 😞

Have there been any issues with O2?

Just checked and it says my area is fine but it isn't

You can also download the MyNetwork App to report the mast if you firmly believe it's at fault.

You can also call O2 and log the fault they may know about it but haven't updated the status just yet
