On mny account it shows that I have one bolt on vallued at £3.00 how do I use this on my phone as my data is showing 0 at present?

The bolt on is a discount on your bill.
You can't use it to buy anything with unfortunately.
If you need more data you have to buy a data bolt on which you can do in your MyO2.
