Hi just wondering ive just recently payed my bill and now showing as -49 any views on this? Cheers

Even tho I payed it manually thru the O2 app as I don't have a direct debit set up with them?

Your direct debit is set up automatically when you start your contract.

Where did you get the contract from?
They have got your money from somewhere or you wouldn't be in credit......

No way they would set you up without a direct debit so it's coming from somewhere (you've double paid. 1 x manually and 1 x direct debit). What bank details did you give them?

Just spoke to a guru and they told me to cancel my direct debit with them to stop further payment bin taken.. but still shows as -49

It will show that until next month when they will use it for payment. Nothing will come out of your bank next month as long as bill is £49 or less.
I'd advise to leave the DD in place and stop paying manually.
