I have just realised i have BBBOLTON on my account. I have been charged 4.66 every month for 500mb and access to an APN blackberry network. My current plan gives me Unlimited Data+Texts+Calls.
I havnt used a blackberry for 10 years. I have paid maybe a total of £550 for this BBBOLTON, which i dont use.
I have texted o2 to remove this BOLTON and the automated reply says i got to call in and speak to an advisor.
Currently, due to the current climate, calling is restricted so i am unable to speak to an advisor.
How can i get this removed?
Can i get my money back for this service i havnt used for the past 10 years? No one uses BlackBerry anymore.
