Bandai Namco hasn't been named before in connection with Payforit scams. If you don't recognise the charge, O2 have a duty to explain it to you (or at least put you in contact with someone who can). f they fail to do this I suggest taking action directly against O2 using the Small Claims procedure. This would force them to justify the charge, and would give you the information need to pursue the matter. See if they can tell you the shortcode (five digit number) associated with the charges.
This case highlights why everyone should DISABLE CHARGE TO MOBILE ON THEIR ACCOUNT. It's insecure, and O2 refuse to help when things go wrong. Telecom companies are exempt from the PSD2 rules governing reputable payment providers, and take full advantage of this exemption to facilitate fraud. Until they provide the complaints and chargeback mechanisms that are required of other payment providers under PSD2, "charge to mobile" should be boycotted. There are many safer ways to pay!
"Charge to Mobile" needs to be made an optional extra and not provided by default. Most consumers are unaware (until it happens) that they are vulnerable to this form of fraud.

Thank you and you are so right @Payforit_Sucks
I didn't know that it was allowed by default,
that is unacceptable.
After advices here I have put a bar on of course.
Thank you for pointing this out for us.
