Yes, just don't go over the normal monthly allowances.

Just make sure they do not accidentaly roam onto the turkish operators on the north of the island http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad search cyprus and cyprus north

Yes but only a few miles from the northern border still best to do a manual network selection of the southern networks

I agree, the signal could well be stronger at times depending on congestion in Aya Napa.
