Australian adverts

I got a new iPhone (11) last week and all of my adverts are in Australian and I also can't download some apps, due to my phone thinking I'm in Aus. I've checked and my phone is set up to UK. I was in Australia about 4 weeks ago, so I was there with my old phone, but no idea how to sort out this problem?

@ImmieWalker try signing out of the iTunes stores / iCloud and back in, that usually resets your stores and location for the stores

If that doesn't work you'll need to wipe the phone and set it up as new again.

You need to go into regional settings and reset the phone.
