How can I cancel my contract when noone from O2 will answer the phone and noone is available on live chat?!!

You can always write a letter requesting the account is closed.

Include all relevant information see contact is at the bottom of the page

Also be aware that if you cancel your contract you will still owe the remaining months of it.
