Are numbers starting with 0845, 0345 ,0330 considered local numbers and are in the inclusive minutes?

@Anonymous 0845 and 0870 numbers are chargeable calls. Numbers beginning with 03 are considered local calls and are included in your tariff.

Not all of them.
03 are included but others are chargeable.
