I just went onto my o2 account to find my device cost is not part of one bill. To be honest, I rarely get any e-mail from them. Nor do I really read the o2 website news.
So when did these changes come about and does this mean i have to pay the entire remaining cost to terminate or upgrade the contract now?
I have no plans to but separate device and airtime cost is one of the reasons I stuck with them.

If you got the plan through o2 then you are still on refresh @anticpated - so if you pay off the device plan you can leave.

Only if you are the new billing platform, my wife who got moved over are billed as one Direct Debit, yet I am on the old platform and its still 2 direct debits.

Yeah its all one bill, but you just pay off your device plan as normal..
This has been happening for months as people move over..

I wasn't advised of this so feel like you are locked into one cost now like other networks. Such a shame.
