Are all 3g masts 4g aswell?

Talking about areas with 4g signal obviously. Reason i ask is we have 2 masts in the town i work in. One is on our building so get full bar 3g signal, but only 2 bar 4g signal. Seems the other mast in town carries 4g as the closer to that you go the better strength signal

Some do some don't and some are just 4g.
Sitefinder should tell you what's what.

The 4G in the Fife are has suddenly improved over the last few weeks here in Fife which is pretty rural in some extents even though there is plenty big towns. Anywhere with a good demographic will more than likely have a good 3G/4G signal by now.
