My Apple Watch was replaced via insurance and for months now I’ve not been able to have network capabilities on it. I erased the old Apple Watch however the mobile network still seems to be connected to it. I’m being charged and can’t seem to get any support from O2. I think I just need to speak to someone at 02 but I can seem to find a way to speak to Customer Services

@RichH

Customer service needs to remove your old watch first.

This must be done on your account by them.

All contact numbers we know of here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

or advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Say you are calling about an upgrade or fraud to be connected and not cut off.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
