I have just added an apple watch to my plan they have took the money straight away but i have no confirmation email or anything? What do ido?

The money isn't taken, it's reserved so it can be taken when your order completes.

If, for any reason your order doesn't complete, the money will become available to you again in a few days.

Reasons for an order not completing immediately are usually due to stock issues, which customer service can advise you about Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

It may also be that the emails have gone into your spam or that you entered an incorrect email on your order.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
