I bought a Apple Watch recently and did not realise that only EE network works fully with the watch, I cannot believe that o2 one of the biggest networks is not compatable, and are they doing anything to keep their customers

I am thinking of going the other way. I like O2, but they are very slow in implementing the new eSIM. Once the new Apple Watch comes out then I will make the decision to move. Get it sorted O2 please.
