Hi, just upgraded my sim-only package & the offer included 6 months free Apple Music but when it actually comes to choosing my extra, Apple Music is not an option on my O2 page. Have messaged O2 via twitter, but just wondering if anyone on here can help.

Yes, it's different to the other extras.
If you haven't received the code you need to chase it up with O2.
Give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Apple music is redeemed by a code which O2 will send to you after around 14 days or so.

But you have to be able to select it as an extra, no? Or are you saying it's a separate redemption system to the others such as Disney, Amazon etc? Sorry if I'm being thick.

I have contacted them, and got this word salad:
"Hi there! Apple Music isn't an O2 Extra. If your new contract comes with an O2 Extra, you can pick an Extra as well as Apple Music if that's also included. You'll receive a text with a code and link for Apple Music within a few days"

Sooooooo, got a code. Logged into my apple account, entered all the details and at the crucial moment got an "error please try again later" followed by a message saying "cannot redeem code. This offer has expired".
Have messaged O2 on twitter 3 times in the last 24 hours and they're just not responding. Their customer 'service' department is the pits.
