I am looking at getting an apple watch cellular and wandering if I need to change my Tarriff or will it just use the data from my tariff?

The use an Apple watch as a standalone item when away from your phone, you need a watch data plan which is £5 per month.

If you always have your phone, this is not necessary and the watch will pair to your phone via bluetooth and replicate your phone.

Does these mean I have a seperate data plan with extra data, or it shares the data from my original tariff

It's a separate data plan for £5 a month which gives you unlimited data for watch use only.
