Hi I have an issue I need support with, I have iPhone on contract I pay every month that comes out my account, and I have an Apple Watch to for same account, my iPhone bill comes out automatically. But I’m in middle of checking my credit score and have noticed I’m 4 months behind in arrears with 02 but I am not not sure how?! I don’t think they have been taking my Apple Watch out to. Where do I stand with this as oppose to my credit as I will pay the 4 months arrears because it’s ovbviously a genuine misunderstanding and I am applying for a mortgage at the end of this year. Thanks

You need to contact customer service to see where it went wrong and to correct it.

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
