Apple Watch Series 5 Error Code 10 After Hard Reset

After a hard reset of my AW5, I tried to setup my existing mobile data connection. As this didn't work, I contacted O2 support about a month ago and they issued me with a new e-sim. I reset the watch as asked by O2 Tech and then tried to add mobile data again. I'm now getting error reference code 10. I've been trying to call O2 for 3 weeks to get this sorted but they refuse to deal as it's not classed as urgent.....depsite me paying £5 a month for a service I cannot use. Anyone come across this or know a way to resolve?

Thanks

@D8OTS

Have you tried today as the recent issues have now been fixed?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I'm still having the same issue with my Apple Watch 5, had an error message on the watch about the data not being activated. Reset the watch numerous times but still won't activate. Can't get a hold of anyone at O2, tried on twitter too, but just an automated message in return.

Thank you m8, wish they would hurry up. Quick enough to take your money but not even trying to assist customers.

Ok so at least I know it’s not just an issue with my watch/account. I’ll keep trying and hopefully the issue will get fixed soon.

Is this ever going to get resolved? I’m still getting the following error - Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 10. Cannot get through to anyone to get it resolved 😩
