Hello, we have recently transferred to O2 from EE. I have a phone and my daughter has an Apple Watch SE paired with my phone in family setup. I have transferred my physical SIM card into my phone and it is working perfectly, but when we try to connect my daughters Apple Watch to this Mobile Plan, it says that my O2 plan cannot be used to add a mobile plan to her Apple Watch.

O2 don't support family plan with Apple watch.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
