Hi all!.

 

We have had Apple Watches on the our airtime plan for some time.  We had these on the £5 per month originally and now they are around £6 per month.  However is the actual current price still £5 per month?!

 

How do I get the original price back, would I have to cancel our current Apple Watch airtime plans and reinstate?

It goes up every year with RPI every year, so around £6 is right if you have had them for a while... 

I would try customer services and ask them, but if you cancel and restart you will in April get the same price increase...  and you may introduce more issues..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
