Apple Watch 5G?

I have an Apple Watch Ultra 3 (not purchased from O2) with an O2 data plan. The Ultra 3 supports 5G but I have never got 5G on it even in strong 5G areas. Does O2 support 5G on the Apple Watch yet?

I signed up for a watch plan yesterday, and the T&C’s state 3G and 4G required.
