Hi, please help!
I managed to get a message to o2 regarding my free Apple TV subscription with my new o2 iPhone being cancelled in error when I tried to log on via my new iPad tablet. I contacted Apple several times and they won't help.
but o2 have sent a link for the Disney channel free(?) is Disney channel free for how long?
Can you help with my Apple TV dilemma as presently I can't find the link to write to o2, or get an online chat, or get through on the phone, the phone line says there is a fifteen minute wait and then cuts me off.....grrrrrrr!

Disney is free for 6 months.
Apple TV is nothing to do with O2, so only Apple can help you.
If you need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
