Recently renewed my O2 contract. One of the options was to have a free years Apple TV subscription. How can I access this as my account is showing no sign of the option I chose

@FJ1

You just login to Apple TV with your Apple ID and password.

If eligible, you will be offered the free TV.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I just upgraded also and got this. Don’t bother as you still have to pay to watch 99% of the programs !!!! What a blatant mis-sell of a product!!!
