I’d like to order these but as a solid o2 customer for over ten years and with 5 devices I’d like the upfront cost waivered please. Can this be done

I very much doubt O2 will waive the upfront cost on the device, but you will need to ask the sales department on 0800 081 0255

Just because you have 5 phones means nothing, unless you spending in the region of £1,000's a month... but give it a try..
