Multiple problems, going to bulletpoint for ease.
1, can’t create a conversation on the app “messaging unavailable, all our agents are busy..” but the stupid aura bot says it can’t access my details because of my “account type”?
2, i want to cancel one of two contracts I have, the contract ended last month but I can’t cancel it because there’s no easy way to contact o2…. Don’t really want to spend an hour or more in a queue on the phone before work.. ironic how a communications company has almost no ways to communicate with…..

Welcome to the new world of chatbots, which I agree are rubbish, and most don't answer anything.
Unfortunately you will need to call into cancel a contract, best time to call is 8am
And its always been the case for cancellations to call in.
