I set my spend cap months ago.

Now I'm working from home I need to increase it.

The help section and My O2 both say to use live chat or call 202.

But when I call 202, I just get stuck in the robot menu then told they can't take my call and hang up.

And live chat isn't running just now.

Head anyone found a way to increase their spend cap under these circumstances?

No other way but calling Guide: Spend caps on O2 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
