Anyone competent able to migrate me from pay-as-you go to pay-monthly?

Got sent a text from O2 saying I could upgrade to pay monthly for £10 a month for 12GB of data and Amazon Prime. Tried the website and it is saying £21 and tried calling only to get someone in very broken English struggle to understand what I wanted and asking me to set up a free email account because his system is broken.

 

Anyone out there want my money, or shall I move on to another provider?

If you wish to talk to O2 sensibly, you'll have to head into an O2 Shop, @TheSIM - remember to take some photo ID, and possibly a utility bill if signing up for a new contract - or you'll get the cold shoulder. Good luck!

PS. O2 rarely, if ever, call any of their customers back.
