Any way to show monthly data usage over the last year (or 2?)

I've been on a legacy "unlimited" tariff which I now understand is actually just 4GB but it's stuck in the old 3G days and considering changing over to a 4G tariff which of course, has data limits.

However I don't know how much data I've been using over the past year or so, to be able to make an informed choice as to what tariff I should be changing to as not to get caught short on data.

Is there any way I can check back to see what I've used on average per month?

Even if I went with the standard price at £20, I'd still be better off in price and data so win/win for me.

I'll just need to try to, ahem, renegotiate next January when the price goes back to £20!

As you have taken a 12 month deal you will be up for renewal and hence have bargaining power again wink

Don't know why I didn't do this sooner, guess I like the fact I had unlimited data (even though I never really used it as I didn't tether or wasn't a particularly big data user!)

That's likely your reasoning but unlimited is not existent anymore, fair usage policy deems a cap on allowances

Well that's why I finally jumped. FUP is more or less the same as the cap, it's just worded differently.

As you've never used that much data, if you do want to send pictures you might want to think about sending them via email rather than MMS and save that extra £5.

Indeed, I'll look into apps that can send pictures over data instead of using picture messages. No big deal, wish there was a way to get iMessage working on other platforms.
