Has anyone else having problems making calls just now, I live in aboyne Scotland and desperately need to call the doctors but it says I'm being transferred because of a billing issue but it's been paid.

If it was late payment then it can take 48 hours for service to be restored.
You will need to use a different phone and call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 you can also use Skype to do this, and this handy guide will help Guide: A Guide to Skype
